Right here in the UK! From countryside workshops to cosy studios, every Pawz&Play product is crafted with love, care, and a sprinkle of British charm.
2. Do you ship beyond the UK?
Not just yet! For now, we’re keeping it local with UK-only delivery—but don’t worry, we’ve got big plans! Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we go global.
3. When will my order arrive?
Once your order is placed, we work our magic within 5-7 business days. After that, your package will be bounding its way to you and should arrive within 7-20 working days. You’ll get tracking info, so you and your pet can wait by the window together!
4. How much is shipping?
Spend over £50 and shipping’s on us—woohoo! For orders under that, a flat fee applies (shown at checkout). No hidden surprises—just happy tails.

5. Can I return something if it’s not pawfect?
Of course! If something’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days to send it back (unused and in its original packaging). Check out our Returns & Exchanges page for the easy-peasy steps.

Oh no! That’s not the Pawz&Play way. Pop us an email at pawzandplay.1@gmail.com within 7 days and we’ll fix things faster than a pup chases a squirrel.
